FOUNDING PARTNER, HC ARCHITECTURE INC.
Through the course of 29 years of practicing Architecture, Tom Hogan has developed keen management skills in the design and construction process on complex, multi-disciplined projects. Tom believes the key to a successful design is clear communication with all parties associated with a project, beginning with the Client. He is comfortable organizing large teams of des ignprofessionals and focusing their efforts to the common goal of the Client. Tom has developed extensive experience in the design of hotel and large assembly projects throughout a career that has focused nearly exclusively in the hospitality market. Hotel design is naturally complicated, involving many different functions and program elements that must maintain distinct relationships. Tom thoroughly understands the business of hotel operations which is critical to creating an efficient hotel design. Tom has fostered mutually beneficial relationships with many international hotel companies including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and Starwood. Through these relationships, Tom has maintained a good feel for the pulse and current trends in design and technology that are a consideration for all hotel, exhibit and conferencing designs at HC Architecture.
